TPN Compliance & Referral Declaration (Bilingual)
TOUCHSTONE Partnership Network (TPN) operates exclusively as a strategic marketing and referral consultancy. TPN is not a licensed insurance broker, legal firm, or financial advisory. Our role is strictly limited to the introduction of clients to third-party providers who are fully licensed, authorized, and regulated by the relevant Indonesian authorities (including the OJK, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and specialized local agencies).
TPN does not provide regulated advice, including but not limited to financial, legal, or insurance product recommendations. All specific product advice, policy binding, and legal certifications are conducted solely by our authorized partners. This model ensures our clients receive professional care while maintaining full compliance with Indonesian regulatory frameworks. By using our referral services, clients acknowledge that any resulting contract is strictly between the client and the licensed service provider.”
